So tempting to think this shot is filtered but it's really not! The low winter sun exploded after a really stormy, wet day. My brother Simon and I were kitted out in full outdoor gear and we just lay on the grassy cliff top watching the skies change colour (well, he is an artist as well!). We were totally absorbed by the sheer variation in colours, and the speed at which the changes took place. It was so amazing that I also shot a series of sky images as well. It was nice to share this moment with my brother, as it recalled memories of our childhood in Cornwall, where we were both brought up and often did the same thing.
