Rising in Cold Air

In the swirling magnificence of an enormous temperature inversion in the Welsh mountains, a patch of blue sky slowly appeared in the white vapour, followed by the summit of Garnedd Elidir cutting through the cloud to form a small island of rock in this ocean of vapour. It was almost mythical.
